Success Diary (Day 2)

1. We need learn how to control the two root sources of living motivation: pain and happiness.

2. Usually, people prefer "avoiding the pain to do a thing" to "getting the happiness to do a thing". It's normal and just a human nature.

3. Using the feeling of 'pain' and 'happiness', a lot of successful Ads come out like City Bank. Actually, we can use this point to sell anything else as well.

4. Most of successful people experienced plenty of pain before they got success.

5. Learning how to "Transfer your focus" is the only way we can use to control the sources of living motivation. From the happiness of not doing to the pain of not doing it. Or from the pain of doing to the happiness of doing a thing.

6. If you have no money, it's because you link too much pain with making money.

7. If you changed the linking relationships with pain or happiness of doing a thing, then you had changed your attitude of doing that thing, then you had successfully controled your living motivations.

8. Keep asking yourself that "if you don't do a thing, what kind of pain you would get, how much cost you would pay in every aspects of your life, such as living, finance, love, family, working etc"

9. The reason why we need set goals is because if we don't achieve them, we would got a lot of pain.
