How to manage your mood and emotion?
1. The fastest way of changing a person's behaviour is to change his/her emotion
2. If a person can't control his/her emotion, he/she might lose everything.
If you want to change your fate, then you need learn how to control your emotion
Everyone has the potential to control his/her emotion.
3. No matter how difficult you are now, there are always even more difficult situation that your never met yet. So you need learn how to control your emotional focus to manage your emotion.
4. There are four ways for changing/controling your emotion.
a. Deep breath
b. Changing your actions (some simple or crazy actions)
c. Changing your appearances
d. Regularize your everyday life (meals and rest)
5. You start to study only when you have the highest passion
6. "Life needs Passion"
Exercise 5:
A: Write down the difference between you talking to/communicating people with highest passion and with low spirit. And analyze the reasons for the different results.
